Q: How are HigherDOSE Infrared Saunas Different?

Our HigherDOSE Custom Saunas have 3 sets of waves:
NEAR – penetrates epidermis, increases immune function
MID – increases circulation and blood flow
FAR – longest range, penetrates to the core, releasing deep metals for ultimate detox
Carbon/Ceramic Heaters
We combine carbon and ceramic in our heaters, which produces long wave infrared + a high infrared output.
Low EMF
Because we use low EMF ((Electromagnetic Field)) carbon infrared heaters, the EMF levels when you're sitting in the sauna are virtually zero.
Chromotherapy (Light Therapy)
Light therapy energizes skin cells, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, giving skin back its youthful look.
When used with infrared technology, light therapy is one of the most effective ways to repair the body.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: 5-Year Residential and Limited 1-Year commercial.
Q: What are the Sauna maintenance process?
A: Infrared saunas provide dry heat; the only moisture produced is from your own perspiration. The enclosed cabins keep out dust and dirt. The ceramic compound in our heaters naturally produces a lot of negative ions that help purify the air. Treat the exterior like any piece of fine furniture.
• Use towels on the bench and underneath your feet.
• If you notice excess moisture after a session, you can wipe off any excess perspiration or crack
the door or roof vent and keep the sauna running for a few minutes.
• If needed, you can wipe your sauna down occasionally. Use a moist towel – don’t spray directly
onto the heater panels. Use our sauna cleaner or make your own: A few drops of a high-quality
essential oil in water (examples are Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Arborvitae, Lavender, Lemon – your
choice); a solution of 1T baking soda in a gallon of water.
• Use your vacuum hand attachment if you want to clean dust or debris from your sauna.
• Perspiration stains don’t affect your sauna’s performance. If you eventually get perspiration
stains that you would like to remove it’s easily done by lightly sanding.
Q: What Is your Refund/Return Policy?
Our Returns & Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
