We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened Blankets. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
If opened, only defective Blankets will be accepted for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange please contact us at email@example.com with your order information. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first or exchange may not be processed.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
