Begin The Daily Dose Ritual with dry skin and follow the below steps.
1. Start with a gentle pumping motion on your lymph nodes:
•   In front and behind the ankle
•   Behind the knees
•   Along the groin
•   Above the pelvic bone
•   In the armpits
•   Behind the elbows
•   Above the clavicle
•   Up the neck on both sides
•   Under the jaw
•   In front and behind the ears
*The pressure should not be too strong, be gentle and light with your fingers.

2. Starting with your left leg, brush upward in long gentle strokes covering your whole leg. This follows the direction that your lymph flows throughout your body. Repeat starting at your right foot moving upward, covering the front, back, and sides of each leg.

3. Continue to use small, firm strokes or circular motions.

4. On the stomach, circle clockwise.

5. Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, stomach, and legs. You should brush upward towards your armpit lymph nodes.

Dry brushing will exfoliate dead skin leaving your pores open and ready to receive Ritual oil, locking in hydration and glow.

6. Before applying Ritual Oil, shower to remove any leftover dead skin cells. Apply Ritual Oil in the same pattern as dry brushing, working towards the closest lymph nodes, and ending with a pump at each lymph node.

Apply Ritual Oil immediately after showering or whenever your body needs a hydrating boost. Of course, we don’t always have the time to hydrate this way, so if you’re in a rush it works just as well moving quickly or on the go.
