Yes, you can use it on a daily basis! We suggest only 10 minutes a day, as this has been clinically studied in the past to be effective. Many trials have shown great results when used daily for 10 minutes a day, for 16 weeks and then regular maintenance sessions a few times a week after that.

The red light panel is removable from the hat and stays in place with magnets. So you can remove the red light portion and spot clean. Allow to fully air dry before using again. DO NOT WASH THE RED LIGHT INSERT.
