Cleaning Instructions
Hand wash with mild non-toxic soap immediately after each use for best practices. We suggesting rinsing in the sink or shower and hanging to dry. Sweatband is quick drying and will be ready for use the next day. Do not rub or use harsh chemicals to clean.

Step 1: Lather the Endorphin Oil on the stomach area, washing hands thoroughly after you’re finished.
Step 2: Wrap the sweat band around the stomach, securing the velcro tightly, while also making sure you’re comfortable to breathe.
Step 3: Slip inside the organic cotton towel wrap, wearing only the sweat band
Step 4: Plug in your sauna blanket and turn up the heat! Starting with level 4-5 for beginners, and working your way up to 7-8 for a deep swat
Step 5: Detox the day away with a 45 minute sweat sesh! Feel your core temperature increase with the sweat band and endorphin oil powerhouse combo. Meditate and feel your heartbeat increasing from the infrared therapy. Enjoy the workout, while lying down!
Step 6: Clean the blanket thoroughly afterword, making sure to air out the interior for 10 minutes while drying. Cold wash the sweat band and hang dry before using again.
