Q: How does a plastic bottle find a new life in HigherDOSE products?
A: Here’s how a bottle becomes a Blanket Bag:
1. SOURCE BOTTLES: Recycled plastic bottles and post-industrial waste are collected worldwide, with a special focus on areas at highest risk for plastic pollution.
2. MAKE THE CHIP: Waste material is chopped, ground, washed, melted and reformulated into high-quality REPREVE chip.
3. FORM THE FIBER: That chip is then melted into liquid polymer and extruded through tiny openings in a spinneret, creating continuous filaments that form REPREVE fiber.
4. PROCESS THE YARN: Fiber becomes yarn through spinning and air-jet texturing.
5. IT’S IN THE BAG: The finished yarn is turned into a sustainable fabric, which we use to create HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket Bags.

A: There are about 10 plastic bottles in each Sauna Blanket Bag we create. And that impact adds up. More than 27 billion plastic bottles have been recycled by REPREVE – and thanks to customers like you who choose sustainable products, that count continues to rise.

A: Yes! A few. This bag was designed to fit a folded Sauna blanket and worn as a backpack to make it easy to take your spa system with you. When stored properly, there should be enough room at the top of your bag to pack your Sauna Blanket Towel Insert and HIGH MAINTENANCE Cleaner.
