How long can I stay on the mat?

Unlike the sauna blanket, there is no time limit for using PEMF each day. You can lay on it as long as you want! Just tailor the heat to your bodies needs. We suggest laying down or sitting for a full 20 minute PEMF cycle to get the benefits, but you can push the PEMF again as many times as you like. PRO TIP: Set the heat timer for 8 hours and come back as often as you need to reground, reset and recover all day. Just make sure not to leave the temperature too high if you're not activelly monitoring it and never leave anything that is potentially flamable on the mat.
