Cleaning Instructions
Hand wash with mild non-toxic soap immediately after each use for best practices. We suggesting rinsing in the sink or shower and hanging to dry. Sweatband is quick drying and will be ready for use the next day. Do not rub or use harsh chemicals to clean.

Castor oil packs have been used for centuries as a natural way to support detoxification, boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and support digestion. It’s a time-tested go-to for detox and rejuvenation. But traditional castor oil packs are often messy.
Here’s a streamlined guide for using a castor oil pack:
Apply Oil: Rub Endorphin Oil generously on your abdomen or any area of discomfort.
Cover with Cloth: Place a piece of wool flannel or an old organic cotton t-shirt over the area where you applied the oil.
Secure: Wrap your sweatband around the area to hold everything in place and protect your clothes.
Add Heat (Optional):
For 30-60 minutes: Use a sauna blanket or exercise to increase heat and boost results.
For overnight use: No extra heat needed—your body heat will do the work.
Store: After use, place the cloth in a glass container, refrigerate, and reuse (up to 60 times). Add 1 tablespoon of Endorphin Oil before each use.
