HigherDOSE Website Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: August 21, 2025

HigherDOSE, LLC (“HigherDOSE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing an online experience that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to ensure that the U.S. portion of www.higherdose.com and all subsidiary pages and sub-domains (collectively, the “Website”) substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A and Level AA.

Our Ongoing Accessibility Efforts

  1. Dedicated Accessibility Officer
An internal Accessibility Officer oversees implementation of accessibility policies, coordinates remediation projects, and serves as a resource for all accessibility-related questions.

  2. Regular Testing & Remediation
    • Automated scans, manual audits, and usability testing with assistive-technology users are performed at least annually and whenever significant Website updates are released.
    • Identified barriers are prioritized and remediated with the same urgency as other critical bugs.
    • Third-party developers and vendors are asked to provide functionality that meets WCAG 2.1 AA; non-compliant third-party components that are essential to a transaction or core feature are remediated or replaced as promptly as practicable.

  3. Staff Training
Employees who design, develop, manage, or publish Website content receive accessibility training within six months of hire and refresher training at least annually.
