All terms and conditions of the HigherDOSE Return Policy apply as follows:

Supplements, Body Care, Cleaner Products: All supplement, body care and cleaner products are final sale.

  • This includes Detox Drops, High-dration Powder, Transdermal Magnesium Salty Spray, Endorphin Oil, Oxytocin Oil, Light-Activated Glow Serum, and Serotonin Soak Salts. 
  • The HigherDOSE team is happy to address any concerns for damaged or defective products.

Wellness Technology: Infrared Sauna Blankets, Infrared PEMF Mats, Red Light Face Masks and Red Light Neck Enhancers

  • If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your technology after use, you have 30-days from date of delivery to return it with a money-back guarantee
  • The same policy applies to any products purchased in the same transaction as the technology
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label
  • Upon receiving the items back at our facility, your refund will be processed. This can take 3-5 business days.

Red Light Hats: Extended Return Window

  • Hair growth can take time and results may vary by individual. We recommend following a daily protocol of 10-minute sessions for 16 weeks before evaluating your progress.
  • To allow for this longer lead time, we have extended our money-back guarantee to 16 weeks (120 days) for the Red Light Hat only.
  • If for any reason during that time period you are unhappy with the product, please visit the Loop Returns Portal to initiate the return process.

Accessories: Brushes, Bags, Inserts, Covers

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all accessories
  • If opened, only defective products will be accepted for exchange
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label
  • Upon receiving the items back at our facility, your refund will be processed. This can take 3-5 business days.

    Restocking Fees

    • Some items we sell have a restocking fee if returned by a customer
      • Blanket Inserts, Mat Covers and Brushes: $15 per item
    • However, purchases made in the same transaction with an at-home wellness technology product are not subject to restocking fees

      Need to Make a Return or Exchange? No problem!

      To be eligible for return, please follow the process through our Loop Returns Portal.

      • Have your order number and shipping zip code handy.
      • The self service portal will require you to answer a few short questions about your experience with the product. Please note that your answers to these questions will not impact your eligibility to return.
      • Once completed, you'll be provided with a prepaid return label to send back your items.
      • Please do not send your purchase back without going through the Returns Portal first, or your return/exchange will not be processed.
      • Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn or missing major contents may be denied a return.

      Please contact us here with your order information and thorough details of what you are experiencing with the product. We will assist you with troubleshooting and, if necessary, replace the item entirely. Replacements may be subject to current stock availability.
