Start by brushing your limbs, moving from the bottom of the body (feet) towards the top (chest), taking care to brush in the direction of the heart. Focus on areas of the body that have more fat or target dead skin cells. Follow the direction of blood flow and lymph flow to enhance invigoration.

We recommend using your brush first thing in the morning, or before a sauna session, PEMF session, shower, or detox bath.

Do not dry brush on sensitive skin (avoid eczema, psoriasis, or other skin issues). Do not use this brush on fragile skin (i.e. face, neck, and chest). Avoid wounds or damaged skin.

Fill a small dish with enough warm water so the bristles will be wet but does not touch the wood. Add a few drops of a gentle soap, agitate the brush left to right to foam the soap throughout the bristles. Discard water and refill with plain warm water and repeat process to remove soap from bristles. <br>

To dry, place brush face down on a towel in a warm dry area or gentle dry with a hair dryer. Do not allow water to sit on the brush for extended periods of time.
