The Everyday Heroism Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the "The Everyday Heroism Giveaway" Giveaway ("Giveaway"), brought to you by HigherDOSE ("the Company") in celebration of International Women's Day. By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, forming a binding legal agreement between you, the participant, and the Company. This Sweepstakes is dedicated to honoring and celebrating women who transform the ordinary into extraordinary every day.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who wish to nominate a woman exemplifying the spirit of empowerment and heroism in everyday life. Employees of HigherDOSE, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter. Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. Campaign Period
The Giveaway commences on March 1, 2024 and concludes on March 7, 2024 Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
Participants are invited to nominate an extraordinary woman by filling out a nomination form on the official campaign page, including their contact information and details about their nominee as per the outlined categories. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter or win.

5. Data Sharing
By participating in this Giveaway, you consent to the sharing of the information you provide about yourself with our third-party giveaway partners for the purpose of prize administration and potential marketing activities.

6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at the discretion of HigherDOSE based on criteria such as, but not limited to, emotional appeal, nomination volume, random selection, and other factors. The Company reserves the right to select winners in a fair and just manner.

7. Prizes
Selected winners will receive an "Ultimate Self-Care Package" curated by women-owned brands, as detailed upon winner announcement. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.

8. Notification
Winners will be notified via email within2 days after selection. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

9. General Conditions
The Company's decisions in all matters to do with the Giveaway are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Liability and Law
HigherDOSE accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Giveaway or accepting the prize. This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States state of New York and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States state of New York.

11. Agreement to Rules
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of HigherDOSE as final and binding.
