Yes. If you already have a DOSE Club account with us, your points were migrated over in the transition automatically. Nothing for you to do besides sign in and check out the new vibe. Welcome back.

1 point per $1 spent, excluding any sales tax. Should you return an order, any points earned on that purchase will be removed from your balance, and any points you used to redeem toward it will be returned to you.

For purchases, point balances are typically updated within 1–2 business days. For activities like challenges and community participation, you can expect points to appear within 3 business days, unless noted otherwise on that specific activity.

Points are earned on the purchases made while logged into your DOSE Club account. If you checked out as a guest, that purchase won’t have points attached, since it’s not connected to a member profile.

Your point balance displays across the top of your dashboard. Log into your account anytime to check it.

No. Points and rewards can only be applied to current or future orders, not past purchases.

Yes. Points expire 1 year from the date you earned them. We’ll send a reminder email as the date approaches so you’ll have more than enough time to redeem them.
