FAQS

We always suggest starting on level 1 and gradually increasing based on today's comfort level- even if you've been using the Body Sculptor for a while. Why? Because our bodies are different everyday! Hydration levels of our skin, how mineralized we are, where we are in our monthly cycle, or even how well we slept the night before can play a role in how we feel the microcurrent from day to day. For best practice, always start on level 1, and you can take it from there.

This could be a conductivity issue (dry skin, not enough gel), or the muscle may already be "saturated" with stimulation and less responsive in that moment. Scar tissue or nerve desensitization can also play a role.
What to do:
Apply more Activator Gel or Magnesium Spray.
Try increasing the intensity slightly (but comfortably).
Move the device to a nearby area and then return.
Make sure to keep the space between the blades free of Activator Gel.

This is common! One side might be tighter, less hydrated, or have less muscle mass, which can make it more sensitive to stimulation. Differences in fascia tension, circulation, or mineral levels (like magnesium) can also impact conductivity.
What to do:
Spray Transdermal Magnesium Spray to help balance conductivity.
Focus on consistent, even treatments to support symmetry.
Hydrate well before and after to support electrolyte balance.
Make sure to keep the space between the blades free of Activator Gel.

Your muscle may have reached a stimulation threshold or "saturation point," where the nerve fibers temporarily adapt to the current. This is a natural part of how the nervous system self-regulates.
What to do:
Pause for a few minutes, then return to the area
Your Sculpting Activator Gel has absorbed- you can apply more or spirits with Transdermal Magnesium Spray.

Microcurrent technology requires a conductive medium to effectively deliver energy into the skin — without it, the treatment simply doesn’t work. The Sculpting Activator Gel is more than just a conductive base — it's a performance booster designed to amplify every glide. Packed with copper peptides, trace minerals, and antioxidants, it works synergistically with microcurrent and red light to support collagen production, enhance elasticity, and nourish skin in real time. For best results, we recommend pairing it with our Transdermal Magnesium Spray to further elevate conductivity and recovery benefits.

The Transdermal Magnesium Spray is designed to be applied during your Sculpting session to keep the Activator Gel hydrated and effective. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation, reduces tension, and enhances recovery—making it a powerful ally during microcurrent treatments. With every spritz, you maintain optimal glide, improve conductivity, and infuse skin with essential minerals for a more effective and restorative ritual.
